Udon noodles are native Korean noodles made of wheat flour, salt and water.. Served either hot in soup or stir-fried with various meat and vegetables.
Udon in Soup
1. Put noodles into 350 cc of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
2. Add your favorite seasoning, meat and vegetables.
3. Serve hot immediately.
Fried Udon
1. Heat one tablespoonful of oil in a pan.
2. Add your favorite meat and vegetables.
3. Stir fry until almost done then reduce heat to medium.
4. Add noodles and stir fry until soft
5. Garnish with green onion. Serve immediately.
Udon in Hot Pot
1. While enjoying an assorted hot pot, add noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
2. Add your favorite meat and vegetables.
3. Serve immediately.
