Deuchi Noodle

These square shaped noodles are premium grade noodles which are readily available at room temperature. It’s specially made of wheat flour, starch, salt and water using handmade-like noodle manufacturing method.
Due to the soft and chewy texture like hand-made noodles, these noodles are normally used in soup udon in Korean and Japanese restaurants.

Udon in Soup
1. Put noodles into 350 cc of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
2. Add your favorite seasoning, meat and vegetables.
3. Serve hot immediately.

Udon in Hot Pot
1. While enjoying an assorted hot pot, add noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
2. Add your favorite meat and vegetables.
3. Serve immediately.
